Escorted groups of twenty or more Adults or Seniors are offered two complimentary admissions (tour escort and the bus driver). Escorted groups of fifteen or more children are offered two complimentary Adult admissions. The length of the tour can be lengthened or shortened to meet your group’s needs and tour schedule.
In order to confirm your group reservation and to ensure adequate staffing, we require that you complete and return this form promptly to the Museum along with a $25 deposit. The balance is due upon arrival depending upon the final number in the group. A copy of your reservation will be returned to you to verify the booking and receipt of your deposit. Deposits may also be charged to a major credit card. A check should be payable to the Museum of Funeral Customs and returned to the address shown below. A full refund of the deposit will be made if the group cancels 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour date. The deposit will not be refunded if a tour is cancelled less than 72 hours from the reserved date.
Payment in full is due on the day of the tour
